BJP, on Tuesday, announced second part of its manifesto ahead of Delhi polls. BJP MP Anurag Thakur said the party will provide one-time financial assistance of ₹15,000 for preparation of competitive examinations to the youth. The BJP also promised to provide free education from KG to PG to needy students in government education institutes in Delhi.
