Indiabulls Enterprises Limited stock hit a 5% upper circuit at ₹20.89 from the previous close of ₹19.90 on Wednesday. The surge came after its subsidiary signed an MoU with landowners to develop a 43.2 lakh square feet real estate project in Ludhiana, Punjab, with expected revenues of ₹3,500 crore.
