Noel Tata, Ratan Tata's successor as Tata Trusts' Chairman, has been more directly involved in decision-making, a move that hasn't always gone well with other trustees, Moneycontrol reported. Trustee Mehli Mistry, who has ties to extended Shapoorji Pallonji family, opposed some of Noel's moves. Mistry allegedly feels Noel is keeping him out of the loop on key matters.
