Publicis has taken CCI to court for refusing to share documents in the price-fixing investigation of ad agencies after it couldn't halt the probe for reviewing the documents. Since March 2024, CCI has been probing Publicis, GroupM, Dentsu, Omnicom and others for alleged collusion over publicity rates and discounts. CCI conducted multiple raids for exchanging sensitive commercial data via WhatsApp.
