BJP candidate from New Delhi seat Parvesh Verma said no matter how much AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal tries he can't become the Chief Minister. "He is still out on bail and the case is still going on," Verma said, adding that the Supreme Court has put several conditions on Arvind Kejriwal. Supreme Court granted bail to Kejriwal on September 13.
