UK's mobile network providers, Vodafone, EE, O2 and Three UK are facing a $4.27-billion mass lawsuit for allegedly overcharging customers. The firms continued charging "loyal penalty" from millions of customers for mobile devices that had already been paid off after their initial contract ended. A tribunal certified that claims for losses from October 2015 onward could proceed to trial.
