Austrian Military aviation analyst Tom Cooper said, "They (India) could have hit anywhere in Pakistan, but the point was to hit where it really hurts". Cooper stated, "It's fascinating to watch how indian top military commanders have precisely and systematically targeted very selected points". He added, "the trailer-mounted command site at Nur Khan Air Base has been smashed entirely".
