Haryana DGP Shatrujeet Kapur was sent on leave after senior IPS officer Y Puran Kumar's suicide note named him and others for alleged harassment, India Today reported. The late-night development came days after the state government had transferred Narendra Bijarniya, the then Rohtak SP. Kumar was found dead from a gunshot wound at his Chandigarh residence on October 7.
