A 19-year-old woman and her 22-year-old boyfriend were allegedly killed by her family in UP's Lalitpur district on New Year's Eve, police said on Monday. They tried to portray the killings as suicide. The victims, Mithun Kushwaha and Kamini Sahu, were meeting each other secretly despite her family's disapproval and even though a village panchayat ordered them to stay apart.
