A consumer commission ordered Bengaluru-based Chariot World Tours to return 63-year-old Chandraprabha's passport and ₹95,000 of the ₹1-lakh advance she'd paid to book an 18-night, 19-day Europe tour. She claimed the agency pressured her to book the tour, but she'd cancelled a day later owing to her doctor's suggestion. The agency claimed she'd been informed the amount was non-refundable.
