Amit Sehara, the vegetable vendor from Rajasthan who won the ₹11 crore lottery in Punjab, has said he would give ₹1 crore to his friend. Sehara had borrowed money from the friend to buy the lottery ticket. He said he would give ₹50 lakh each to the two daughters of his friend for their education and better lives.
