While speaking at an event, PM Narendra Modi got visibly angry when talking about Naxalism. He said Congress ecosystem didn't allow stories of victims of Maoist terrorism come to the fore. "I say this with great responsibility that those who dance with the Constitution on their heads, even today they work day and night to protect Maoist terrorists," he added.
