A 64-year-old builder from Nalasopara East in Palghar district, Maharashtra was found dead by suicide at his residence on Tuesday, leaving behind a note in which he accused moneylenders and two police constables of mentally harassing him over a private loan. He hanged himself at his home. The body was discovered by his daughter on Tuesday morning, who immediately alerted the authorities.
