Shilpa Shetty's Bastian in Bandra will be replaced by Ammaakai, South Indian restaurant, stated CEO Ranjit Bindra. The statement read, "Ammaakai pays homage to South Indian culinary traditions, recipes steeped in heritage." Meanwhile, clarifying confusion, Shilpa wrote, "Your Favourite Bastian is going to Juhu, with the name of Bastian Beach Club. So Bastian is staying, going nowhere!!!!!"
