Researchers have corrected blurriness in images captured by James Webb Space Telescope using AMIGO software. It used advanced simulations and neural networks to replicate how JWST's optics and electronics function in space, correcting image distortions caused by brighter-fatter effect, where electric charge spreads across pixels. This breakthrough eliminated the need for expensive repair mission.
