MMRDA's double-decker flyover, a part of the "Mumbai in Minutes" initiative, aims to boost the Andheri–Powai link and ease JVLR congestion. The 5.08 km flyover, initially proposed by the BMC, runs from New Link Road to Poonam Nagar, JVLR and was handed over to MMRDA due to its intersection with Metro Line 6.
