AI startup Project Prometheus, which Jeff Bezos has joined as co-CEO, is named after the Greek mythological figure who stole fire from the gods and gave it to humankind. The startup reportedly aims to build AI systems that can accelerate scientific discoveries across engineering, manufacturing, computing, aerospace, and automobiles. It has already assembled a 100-member team, as per reports.
