RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, who's on a three-day visit to Manipur said the violence-hit state has been in thoughts of the organisation even if the government doesn't know about it. "We're concerned about each and every part of Bharat...we don't exist because of any government.," he added. Bhagwat will meet tribal leaders and young people in Imphal on Friday.
