The Thane Municipal Corporation has banned transporting construction materials into Yeoor Hills without a permit to protect the eco-sensitive zone. Municipal Commissioner Saurabh Rao issued the directive after a review. "Yeoor is an environmentally sensitive area. No construction material can be brought into Yeoor without a construction permit," an official release stated.
