Nimesh Uttambhai Desai's anticipatory bail plea was rejected by Dindoshi sessions court in connection to the death of junior site engineer Omkar Sankhe, who fell from the sixth floor at Shree Vinayak Mangalam SRA Society. The family alleged that the incident occurred due to the developers' and contractors' failure to provide safety measures like safety nets, safety belts and helmets.
