A video showed a pet dog attacking a woman named Kiran Vaghela as she waited for a lift inside a residential society in Gujarat's Rajkot area. The owner of the dog, present during the incident, first got into an argument with the victim and later started thrashing her instead of helping her. The incident reportedly took place on Tuesday.
