PM Narendra Modi announced that India will soon launch free 30-day e-Tourist Visa and 30-day Group Tourist Visa for Russian citizens. He said manpower mobility will help connect people and create new opportunities for both nations. He added that India and Russia have also signed two agreements to boost cooperation, including in vocational education, skills and training.
