Filmmaker Karan Johar has moved the Delhi High Court to protect his personality rights, alleging that his name was being misused to raise funds. "I've a right to ensure that nobody uses my persona, my face or characteristics, without my consent," Karan stated in his plea. This comes after HC restrained the misuse of actor Aishwarya Rai's name and pictures.
