Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that if Russia won't end the war, its leaders should make sure they know where the nearest bomb shelter is. Russia dismissed Zelenskyy's threat, saying Ukraine was losing the war and that its negotiating position was worsening. "Zelenskyy is trying to demonstrate to the Europeans that he is such a brave soldier," Russia added.
