Lok Sabha LoP and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi arrived at the residence of Haryana IPS officer Y Puran Kumar, who allegedly died by suicide, and met his family. Kumar allegedly shot himself dead and left a note accusing eight senior police officers, including Haryana DGP Shatrujeet Kapur, of caste-discrimination and harassment. Kapur has been sent on leave, India Today reported.
