Panchayat Development Officer from Sirwar taluk in Raichur district in Karnataka Praveen Kumar KP was suspended for attending an RSS centenary event on October 12. This comes days after the state Congress government brought rules to restrict RSS' activities in public spaces. Reacting to the suspension, BJP said Congress has "perverse and anti-Hindu mindset".
