Reacting to PM Narendra Modi's two-day visit to Kuwait which began on Saturday, Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said people in Manipur continue to wait "while frequent flyer PM is off to Kuwait". Notably, over 220 people have lost their lives in ethnic conflict in Manipur that first broke out in May last year. PM Modi is yet to visit Manipur.
