Election Commission on Tuesday informed Supreme Court that the final electoral list from Bihar's Special Intensive Revision (SIR) has been notified, and most names added to final list are new voters and few old voters. This came after court noted confusion over whether names were previously deleted or totally new names. Court posted matter for hearing on October 9.
