RJD leader Manoj Jha expressed displeasure after Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren announced that his party JMM and Congress will contest 70 of the 81 Assembly seats. "All decisions cannot be taken instantly like ''2 minutes'' noodles...RJD identified 15 to 18...seats where it can defeat BJP alone," PTI quoted him. He also dubbed the decision of allies JMM and Congress "unilateral".
