Following reshuffling of Tamil Nadu Cabinet, ex-minister Senthil Balaji, who was recently released from jail, has been reallotted the electricity portfolio. Dalit leader Govi Chezhian replaced K Ponmudi as Higher Education Minister. Ponmudi and MLA R Rajendran got the forest and tourism portfolios, respectively. Further, new Deputy CM Udhayanidhi Stalin is the Planning and Development Minister.
