Dr Shaheen Shahid, allegedly involved in the Delhi car blast case, had planned to recruit women to execute the attack, an NIA probe has reportedly revealed. Shaheen allegedly told interrogators she wanted to build a network of women operatives for the plot, News18 reported. She was taken to Faridabad's Al Falah University campus on Thursday for on-site questioning.
