The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has included traditional games in its new textbooks for Class 7. Traditional games from different states have been included in the Physical Education and Well-being textbook named Khel Yatra. Games that feature in the book include Dhaan ki Bori, Atya-patya, Ghorpadiche Shepoot and Nalugu Rallu Ata, among others.
