Tarun Saxena, an area manager working with Bajaj Finance in UP's Jhansi, died by suicide allegedly due to immense work-related stress and the pressure of meeting increasing company targets. Company officials allegedly repeatedly abused him and threatened to fire him if he did not meet the targets. His family members said he had been extremely stressed in recent months.
