Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit India on December 4 and 5, said the Kremlin. Confirming the visit, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said Putin will attend the 23rd India-Russia Annual Summit at the invitation of PM Narendra Modi. PM Modi and Putin last met in China during the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit in September.
