Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said the biggest challenge before the Indian economy is employability. She stated that employers think there is a gap between the degrees many young graduates hold and the employability expected of them. "For being employed, they need something more. And it is that gap that the Indian government is trying to now fill," she added.
