Iran said it's no longer bound by restrictions on its nuclear programme as the 10-year-old nuclear deal, Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), has officially ended with deal's expiry. The deal's "termination day" was set for 10 years after the adoption of UN Security Council's resolution 2231 on 18 October 2015. "Iran firmly expresses its commitment to diplomacy," it added.
