A married woman from Mumbai's Malad was allegedly blackmailed and sexually assaulted by a trusted friend who threatened to circulate obscene videos of her with her husband and relatives. The accused, identified as Himanshu Kumar Singh, reportedly extorted a total of ₹13 lakh in cash and gold ornaments from the victim. The accused in the case is absconding.
