Actress Marcela Alcázar Rodríguez died after consuming deadly Amazonian frog venom as part of a cleansing ritual at a spiritual retreat in Mexico. The 33-year-old participated in the "Kambo" ritual and started vomiting after ingesting the frog venom and also experienced severe diarrhoea. The poison, secreted by Amazonian tree frogs, is known for causing highs after entering the bloodstream.
