After Supreme Court stayed some parts of Waqf Act, Advocate Priyadharshni Rahul welcomed the decision. "I represent Thiruchendurai, where the entire village has been taken over by Waqf," she said. "Interim order has been fairly judged and neutrally balanced, wherein ‘Waqf by user’, one of the draconian sections, has been seen by SC as not favourable for India," she added.
