India's first electricity-powered eco-friendly rocket, 'Vayuputhra', will be launched soon by the Chennai-based Space Kidz India, an aerospace and defense organisation. Vayuputhra is a reusable rocket that can be charged and has a battery cost per launch of just ₹25. It is made of carbon fibre and biodegradable plastic and has been mainly produced through 3D printing.
