The Railway Board has ordered all its zones to lodge FIRs against reel creators who pose a safety risk to rail operations or cause inconvenience to passengers in the coaches or on the railway premises. "People have crossed all limits for making reels. They not only risk their own lives but...jeopardize the safety of hundreds of...passengers," a senior official said.
