A traveller was apprehended at Mumbai airport for allegedly smuggling 15 kg of hydroponic weed, valued at approximately ₹14.73 crore. The contraband was concealed in a packet labelled as a "Diplomatic Pouch of the Ministry of External Affairs". Separately, the investigation into a ₹390 crore mephedrone haul led to the seizure of additional contraband worth ₹43.80 crore from Powai.
