India will participate in the SCO Summit in Pakistan and Minister of External Affairs S Jaishankar will lead India's delegation to the neighbouring country, Ministry of External Affairs' spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal confirmed in a press conference. The summit will be held in Islamabad on October 15-16, Jaiswal added. Earlier, Pakistan confirmed it had invited PM Modi to the summit.
