Former US National Security Advisor (NSA) John Bolton criticised President Donald Trump for imposing tariffs on India, saying that the West's sanctions on Russia don't "prohibit" anyone, including India, from buying oil at the capped price and selling it elsewhere. "If you don't like what India has done, then amend...sanctions and say... no purchase of Russian oil permissible," he added.
