Yerawada police arrested Shailesh Mohite, a member of a machete-wielding gang that spread terror in Laxminagar on August 5. The gang threatened and verbally abused residents. Police filed a case against eight persons based on a complaint by constable Suryakant Kamble. Inspector Ravindra Shelke said, "the suspects have been booked under relevant sections".
