Israel government spokesman David Mencer said eight of 33 hostages due for release from Hamas captivity during the ongoing ceasefire, are dead. He cited a list shared by Hamas on the status of the hostages. So far, seven of the 33 Israeli hostages have been released alive by Hamas, while 18 living hostages are yet to be released.
