A video showing people jumping into a tank and pushing each other trying to steal fish released by CM Nitish Kumar has surfaced online. The incident in Bihar's Saharsa happened when Nitish left after inaugurating the tank. "I didn't meet Nitish, but I got some fish. There'll be fish party today in Nitish's name," a man said.
