All 32 flights from Visakhapatnam Airport were cancelled on Tuesday due to severe cyclonic storm ‘Montha’, officials said. Airport Director N Purushottam noted that necessary precautions were taken in line with Airports Authority of India (AAI) guidelines, covering both pre- and post-cyclone phases. Vijayawada Airport also cancelled 16 flights, while four flights were grounded at Tirupati Airport.
