Earth's climate changing due to 14 mn yrs old dust storm: Study

A study by University of Vienna showed that 14 million years ago, solar system passed through dust-rich, star-forming region of Radcliffe Wave which altered Earth's climate. Increased interstellar particles may've triggered Earth to become warm, it suggested. However, a geologist stated that dust influx would need to be at least a million times higher than today's levels to impact climate.
