Thousands were evacuated in Vietnam on Sunday ahead of landfall of Typhoon Bualoi. "It's capable of triggering multiple natural disasters simultaneously, including powerful winds, heavy rainfall, flooding, flash floods, landslides," Vietnam's weather agency said. The typhoon had caused at least 10 deaths and flooding in Philippines. The typhoon is currently at sea and generating 133km/h winds.
